Okay, so I’ve been wanting a black patent leather purse for, like, forever. I finally decided to just go for it and get one. Here’s how the whole thing went down.
The Hunt Begins
First, I started by just browsing online. I looked at a bunch of different stores, just to get an idea of what styles were out there. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted – a tote? A crossbody? Something small and cute? It was overwhelming!
I spent a good few hours just scrolling and making a mental list of what I liked and didn’t like. Shiny, definitely. But not too shiny, you know? And I didn’t want anything with too much hardware. Simple and classic was the goal.
Narrowing It Down
After the initial browsing, I decided I wanted something more structured. A tote felt too big for everyday use, and a tiny clutch felt too impractical. So, I focused on crossbody bags and smaller shoulder bags.
I created a shortlist, they were all in one style. And I compared all the details.
The Purchase!
I finally found one! It was the perfect size, not too big, not too small. It had a simple flap closure, and the patent leather looked really nice. And it had the single chain.
I quickly added them to my cart.
I paid for the one of them. I’m so excited to finally have my black patent leather purse!
